I've upgraded my Fedora system to 37. The Repo 37 is there but not filled in. Can I use 36?

Zoneminder is now coming from rpmfusion, i.e. you may need to switch to the repos for 37. On the other hand you may not have to do anything, since the repo files do not explicitly mention 37, but only refer to the version by some variable.

From what I can tell Repos doesn't have 37 and when I go to rpmfusion "this page doesn't exist ...

So searching rpmfind.net I found zoneminder-1.36.32-1.fc37.src.rpm
dnf install - results in:
Error:

System: 6.1.7-200.fc37.x86_64
OK, I went to the page you referenced - rpmfusion. I downloaded:
zoneminder-1.36.31-1.fc37.x86_64.rpm
zoneminder-common-1.36.31-1.fc37.x86_64.rpm
zoneminder-httpd-1.36.31-1.fc37.x86_64.rpm
ran: dnf install (the 3 above) and started zoneminder. Webbed to ZM and created cam-1:
Remote
Modect
192.168.0.51
8088
1280x1024
This is what I get:
[Starting Capture version 1.36.31]
[Can't connect to remote camera mid: 1 at 192.168.0.51: Permission denied]
[Unable to connect to the remote camera, aborting]

I can browse to the camera, I can vlc the cam - ?Permission denied?
