Hello
How can I set up Zoneminder and zmNinja to get push notifications on my phone when motion is detected?

yes this is how i have it setup.
with the EOL of zmninja you cant use the fcm push as the key is no longer available.
you have to set this up yourself using the old version.
you need to change this line in the zmeventnotificaion.ini
# Use the new FCM V1 protocol (recommended)
use_fcmv1 = no
other than that im having zero issues with it working, i even started getting the preview picture again. which stopped working awhile ago for some reason.
also im using the zmevent to do object detection using a gtx 1080 gpu.
