Is there any software to turn Android phone to IPCam?

Is there any software to turn Android phone to IPCams, that ZM can connects to it through LAN?
If so, the old mobile phone at home can be used.

I don't remember the name of the app I used, but I did that years ago. I had openvpn on my cell with that ip camera app and when I started the camera app it connected to Zoneminder at my house thru the vpn. Software might have been " IP Webcam"
It's easy if only using on your LAN.

There aren't all that many on the playstore, are there?
There's iOS "Spare IPCam" and "IP Webcam Home Security Cam.". Usually the same in the Play Store.

I use Droidcam. The app works well turns old mobile phones into IP net cams. Droidcam blends well with Zoneminder
