https://wiki.zoneminder.com/Installing_ ... s_for_SuSE, links to LEAP 15.2 are bad. I have 15.4 so naturally tried that as well.

404 error. Guessing the Big Corp that hosts the TLD may have objected and it was moved elsewhere?

Anyone know where it is now?

I am not sure if it will help, but Carsten's post describes a pathway for Suse Leap 15.4 (it worked for me in a new install):
