Window mount ideal.

And to repoint the camera by software to where the car is parked.

I've also never used zoneminder before. I have truenas. Do I just need ro buy the camera and set it up on the truenas zoneminder Plugin or do I need a hardware control device?

Some PTZ cameras can be controlled from ZM. I have a Hikvision, but there are others.
