Why was zoneminder removed from EPEL?
Installed: epel-release-9-5.el9.noarch
And, does anyone know of a URL with docs on how to install on Rocky 9.1?

I cannot find anything on the net and this information is wrong;
https://zoneminder.readthedocs.io/en/la ... edhat.html

Code: Select all

[root@zmon ~]# sudo dnf config-manager --set-enabled crb
[root@zmon ~]# sudo dnf install zoneminder-httpd
Rocky Linux 9 - BaseOS                                                                                                                                       5.7 kB/s | 4.1 kB     00:00
Rocky Linux 9 - AppStream                                                                                                                                    5.7 kB/s | 4.5 kB     00:00
Rocky Linux 9 - CRB                                                                                                                                          1.4 MB/s | 2.1 MB     00:01

Where have you been? ZoneMinder has lived in RPMFusion for the past decade.

Looks like you found the right documentation. It is correct. You just need to follow all of it.

I did follow 'all' of it and shared what was happening.
Anyhow, I re-installed ubuntu and got it up and running.

Negative. You skipped the first sentence, which describes how to enable RPMFusion.

Yup, you're right. I read that but didn't think it was anything I had to do so moved on.
Maybe I'll re-install but it's working fine now. Thanks for the input.
