LMLBT4M question...

Post by goodman »

I have ZoneMinder installed, up and running on RH9, with a LMLBT4M (onechip, four inputs) However, I cannot seem to get any input from any of the other input ports on the LMLBT4M (/dev/video0 works, but not /dev/video1, etc.) Is there a way to switch the multiplexed input, such that i can monitor from all 4 inputs? Either simultaneously, or sequentially?

Or should I have bought the LMLBT44 instead?

On a one chip board, all input will be on the same device (e.g. /dev/video0). You have to select a different 'channel' to view the other input. Basically it's one chip per device so the BT44 will have four devices instead of the one you have.
