I've been having this issue for quite some time, maybe a year or 4 months atleast.

My system/installation:

user@avalon:~$ lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.
Distributor ID: Debian
Description:    Debian GNU/Linux 11 (bullseye)
Release:        11
Codename:       bullseye

and

Code: Select all

user@avalon:~$ sudo apt policy zoneminder
zoneminder:
  Installed: 1.37.42~20230809.20-bullseye

I can see events properly in Console:

but when I go to Montage review and click "8h" I see all events kinda going to right end of the timeline:

and when I click 1h I see similar effect but kinda unnatural way:

Any ideas?

Montagereview is a work in progress at the moment. There is too much data and we run out of ram.

I have it fixed in another branch but have yet to merge it back. Too many changes, no money no time, no help, blah blah blah.

I should find some time this week maybe.
