When I try to play back an event, I get a white X and an error about the video at the bottom of the player, and nothing is played.
If I download the event, I can open the mp4 with Quicktime, but it won't play, however, if I scrub the playhead, the frames are there and it looks like a video was actually created. What could be causing this and how would I begin to troubleshoot it?
Video is being captured, but playback is not working.

What settings are you using in the ZM "Storage" section for the camera?

Is it perhaps h265? Can vlc play it?

VLC will play the video, but the audio is choppy after about 2 seconds from any point along the timeline.
The settings in Storage:
Area: Default
Save JPEG: Disabled
Video Writer: Passthrough
OEP: crf=23
Whether to store: Yes.
