Uploading GIFs or JPGs?

Is there a reason I can't include a JPG or GIF in my posts?
I have a jpg screen capture of my issue with ZM.

Never mind. The attachment tab was staring me right in the face!

When you post/reply, scroll down past the text box, past save draft/preview/submit. Two tabs: Options and .. Attachments. Click over to attachments.
