Stopping Automatic Refresh in ZoneMinder Monitor Window

Hello, I successfully installed a camera to ZoneMinder (zm), but the monitor window keeps refreshing every 3 seconds. How can I stop this automatic refresh?

Not sure what you're seeing...Maybe try changing this in Options->
