Linked Monitors create segmentaion fault

Following up on a previous post:
When I have my high resolution monitors linked to their low resolution counterparts, they generate Segmentation Faults in the log files and nothing gets recorded.
When I Unlink these monitors and set them to motion detection, they appear to work as intended.
Motion detection on the high resolution monitors eats up a lot of horse power.
I would also like any low resolution monitors to trigger all high resolution monitors.
Side note:
Would it be possible to create a group with all my low resolution monitors in it and trigger the high resolution monitors from the GROUP instead of individual monitors. just less messy when there are a lot of monitors to trigger from
