When playing back recorded streams (h264, libx264, framerate 6/s) the privacy overlays flicker - meaning the overlays disappear for some msec to sec, reappear and so on. Video looks ok. This is a new effect since a few days. It looks as if the encoder/decoder can not keep up.
No problems in live view.
Any idea which parameter to tweek?

after further investigation (did some rollbacks) it turns out that the problems started with version .137
up to .135 it worked perfectly

Fix pushed, new packages building.
