Hi All,
When going to peruse a monitor's events (clicking on the number in the 'events' column), I never get a page - but apparently only when there is over a certain number of events.
For instance, ther were 2 events in the hour column, and I was able to bring up that page and clear the events. There were then a similar number for the day column, and I was able to delete them. the week column has just over 300, and when I click on that, the new window pops up - but the page never arrives. after that, no other pages/links in the application work.
I checked the machine load, and it's steady at about .5 (normal). safe_mysqld isn't using an insane number of clock cycles, neither is httpd.
https's logs so the request, and nothing else. mysqld logs show nothing.
Ah! It just showed up. But it took a long time (5 minutes or more) - I'll look into it more when time permits - but wondering if there's a way to speed this up.
Regardless, It works! I'm a happy camper. ZoneMinder continues to amaze me and my co-workers....

Re: Apache / Mysql hanging
Hi Erik,
I wonder if you have the same problem that's described in this thread, http://www.zoneminder.com/forum_general ... a6575cfe4a, sorry about the wrapping.
Can you give it a try and see if it makes a difference.
Cheers,
Phil,
