Hi,
I would like to know if it is planned to zoneminder in order to allow it to use the several video inputs from one bttv card (svideo, rca, tv) at the same time.
I have a linuxmedialabs mdva3000 that supports 32 video cams inputs but only has 8 devices under /dev/video*. All other inputs are differente channels on each device.
I guess it could be possible to use zoneminder to cycle between all the channels from a single device (like /dev/video0) and at a lowest frame-rate show all the channels at the same time.
my best regards,

It's possible, provided you use the same size, colour-scale and camera settings for all the monitors on one bttv chip. Set up monitors using the same video device and the appropriate channels for the different imputs.
You may find you need to patch zm_local_camera if you're using an interlaced frame-size (typically anything bigger than 384x288) as otherwise the interlacing sometimes gets messy. See the patch in the User contributions section - it'll work on 1.19.1 and 1.19.2. The maximum frame rate does fall through the floor though.
