Here is what I'm thinking, I started with the CPU since the number of cores are the most important.

ASRock TRX80WS
AMD Ryzen Threadripper 7960x
Montech AIR 903 MAX
Noctua NH-U14S TR5-SP6

This will be a headless ubuntu system, will it work without a graphix card?
Is there a recommendation for ram?
The motherboard has four SATA3 connectors, how many cameras can record to each hard drive?
