How do I fix this?

I'm having a problem with false alarms. I think it is caused by slight changes in light, which cause the camera to adjust something. It always causes false positives. Is there a setting in the camera I need to adjust? My camera is the Amcrest 5MP PoE Bullet Security Camera IP5M-B1186EW-28MM.
Here is a link to a 3 second video showing the effect:

Thank you.

First step is to adjust the Min/Max Alarmed Area. Set the max to something less than the full size. This helps when the entire picture changes, such as a cloud.
Second try adjusting Min/Max Pixel Threshold (0-255). Set the min above 0. This helps when a pixel changes shades, sometimes caused by camera noise.
