Upgraded and lots of zero length events

Hi guy's
I've recently upgraded from I think 1.34 to 1.36 and I'm now getting lots of 0kb length events.
I'm getting lots of warnings in the logs:-
"Found iterator at beginning of queue. Some thread isn't keeping up"
When I run "top" / "htop" on the terminal for the machine that ZM is installed on I'm also getting, what I assume is camera processing, for most cameras running at about 20% which I also assume is having an impact on the error message.
I've no idea how to fix this and any help would be most appreciated.
