You can find out for yourself about 1.19.3 as it's out today. It's mostly bugfixes though with a couple of minor tweaks.
The roadmap as it stands today looks like this, only the most major changes are listed. Other things will also be included as they arise.
1.19.4 - Bitmapped zones
1.20.x - Improved phone and PDA access
1.21.x - Addition of audio monitors
All of the above listed features have been started and a couple are mostly complete already.
