Reduce Delay in Montage Review

I have Zoneminder 1.136.35 running on linux 24.04 LTS desktop with 16gb of ram.. Do You any suggestions as to how to reduce the delay in montage Review? also i keep getting this warning "Decoding is not keeping up. We are 175 seconds behind capture." what should be the optimal things to do to reduce the lagging? also can i turn off this decoding in zoneminder ?if so how? tnx
