Help a newbie with PTZ

I'm a newbie working with zoneminder and I want to use PTZ with my cameras, but I cant and I dont know why.
I have a Hik Vision DS-2DF8223I-AELW and I configured it this way:

When I try to control them, they dont move and in the log I get this message:

Video works fine using port 554 and ffmpeg as Source Type

My question is about the Control Device: do I need to fill it with some information, or can I leave it empty?
I would appreciate any kind of help

Control Type: HikVision (And I manually changed the protocol name to HikVision).
Control Device: must be the exact camera model
Control Adress: user:pass@ip:port
