Esp 32 Cam project

Can anybody help me?
I'm trying to make a project where I would have one esp 32 cam with a camera as a feed on the webserver so I could see what is happening and a second Esp 32 cam without a cam but would be connected to the webserver where I could use like buttons which will set pins of the Eps 32 (without cam) high or low or us the pwm pins with a joystick on the web server.
