Realtime view and writing to disk at diferent rates in modec

hi phil.

it would be nice if we could do in modect like we do in record.

in record we could set a frame rate (for example, of 5 fps) but we can set skip frames to only write at 1fps.

this is nice, because we can see live stream at higher rates than the saved images.

but when in modect we cant do that.

it would be great to capture at 5 fps and write to disk at 1 fps even in modect. when at higher frame rates, the live image is much better, because we can see much more movements, but 16 cameras at 5 or more fps each one, should fill the hard disk in some days (even hours)

it will be a great add to de zoneminder system.
