No Video

I am very new to zoneminder so please dont flame me to bad if there is an obvious error. I have installed ZoneMinder 1.19.3 on a Debian system, running a 2.4.26 kernel. My webcam is a Logitech Quickcam Pro 4000. I am using the pwc driver for this. I have installed and compiled the ffmpeg library and have included that when I ./config ZoneMinder. I know that my webcam works because I am able to take pictures with it using vgrabbj. My video device is on /dev/video0.

I am using Netscape 7.1 on a Windows XP machine to connect to my linux box. I have added a monitor on /dev/video0.

When I click on the monitor to view it, nothing happens. The window pops up but I see nothing but a table. I have tried to select jpg rather than mpeg streaming and this doesnt work. I am not shure where to start to debug this but I would love to get this working. Below is the output from my log files:

Any Thoughts as to why I get no video or even how do debug whats happening. Please tell me if more information is required. Thanks in advance!
