Pixord equipment - somewhat OK

Post here to indicate any hardware you have used and which is known to work with ZoneMinder. Not for questions.

Pixord equipment - somewhat OK

Post by el_flynn »

I've had some success using the Pixord range of network cameras with ZoneMinder. However, sometimes ZM can't seem to pick up the image stream from the cameras, whilst at other times everything runs smoothly.

The following network cameras were successfully configured:

1) Pixord 120
2) Pixord 200
3) Pixord 205
4) Pixord 4000 Video Server

If you're planning to use network cameras, make sure you've got all the requirements and libs. After spending many hours in frustration, I scanned /var/log/messages and found out I was missing libpcre.a (which could have been circumvented, I suppose, had I RTFM heheh)

Cheers.

Configuration???

Post by hmazzeo »

I am using cameras PIXORD, although not yet I can make record them nor visualize.

You could say to me as it is the configuration that you applied camaras so that they work?

Thank you very much
