Vivotek VS2402 passing parameters to Zoneminder

I have been able to get a Vivotek VS2402 Digital Video Server (DVS) with three cameras configured in zoneminder. The problem is that there are additional settings that can be sent to the DVS that cannot be passed by zoneminder.

For example,

/cgi-bin/video.jpg?cam=1
is the basic setting that works with zoneminder.

/cgi-bin/video.jpg?cam=1&size=1&quality=1
does work and takes the camera offline.

Can zoneminder pass these parameters? If so how?
