Are there any other methods of triggering motion detection other than X10? I have a stand alone Home automation system that I would like to remotely trigger from. Either via TCP/IP or perhaps even via serial cable.? Thanks

At the moment there aren't any other triggers than are built in. However it's pretty easy to write one yourself. All 'triggered' really means is that something else is responsible for deciding what monitor daemons should be running. So to monitor a serial port you would just write a listener script that started or stopped the ZM processes.
