Shifting Modes By Time of Day

I apologize if this idea is already implemented - I'm a new user - still in the learning mode. :shock:

I would like to be able to shift the mode of the camera based on the time of day. Say MotionDetection from 8.00 pm to 6 am and Recording from 6am to 8.00 pm. It would also be great to allow an X10 event to change modes, thus when the alarm system is set, some cameras drop into MotionDetection, and when the alarm is disabled, they shift to Recording (or another mode). :idea:

Also, AND I KNOW THIS IS PETTY, do you think someone could create a zone template layout utility that would aloow you to simply drag and resize zones onto the video image. Of course we don't want to make this too simple or businesses will just implement it themselves! :evil: Consultants are good - aren't they? :?:

Philip is working on this.. I think next release will have something like "uploading an image file that defines the zone".
