Can i use the camera as a secuity device in zoneminder, and at the same time brodcast it on my website with cambozola. (as in cat it be accessed by both at the same time) ?

that would be with a Xguard card most likely if that makes a difference.

I am not shure I understand your question but:
any video source can be watched while recording. The video streaming is done via ffmpeg while the security functions are done with zm's demons. Many clients at a time can watch the video source simultaneously, the major limit is your bandwidth (I think), so you may want to limit your max FPS...

the capture card does not make the difference, any compatible card will work.
