Using enough great value PostEvenCount it is possible to unite some events with a small interval in one is well. But after the last event unnecessary frames are saved many.
IMHO it is meaningful to rename it into something like BetweenEventCount and to add new PostEvenCount. Algorithm of operation to change so that on saving frames to delete N the last frames,
where N = BetweenEventCount - PostEvenCount.
