Heya folks. I installed the livecd and everything with the box is ok--on the network, can ping my Axis 205 just fine. I can even pull up firefox and browse to the IP and watch the camera just fine.

When I add it in monitor mode in ZM, and click on the camera, the window pops up with no image, and no stats are increasing. It's like the app isn't talking to it at all.

Any ideas on where I can look to troubleshoot further?

EDIT -- apologies -- I see the forum rules has the default path of the log files. Time to fiddle around.

I am using a 205 with these settings for the monitor

to use 640x480 I had to increase the shared memory allocation, because I was getting Can't shmget errors in my logs

Maybe try 320x240 first
