Just purchased a K-World BT 878 (Security TV version) from newegg. It was $44.00 and has S-Video, Composite, RCA, BNC, and FM. The card had some autodetect issues with the kernel, and I had to use the following command line:

modprobe bttv card=0x4e tuner=17

I am getting my 6 LED IR camera today for testing and will reply with any 'neat' things I discover.
