i was tested the zoneminder livecd and i had several problems because Mandrake not recognize the 2 of 3 cameras that i have (lespion and gsmart 2) this problem not exist with SUSE also Suse relise now the livecd and personal cd versions.
Its easy to you to test the ZM with Suse and ofer and this way to community?
The hardware support from Suse is more than great.
ZoneMinder and Suse
yes its better with SUSE
If you dont want hardware problems and you are not a linux expert the easy way is SUSE

The livecd section is for the livecd - which happens to be Mandrake based. This post should be moved to the standalone zoneminder section. This is not a distro wars forum. We're all very glad you like Suse. Now be on your way...
