Ummm... Can't view the mpg (inadequate software this end), but I'm guessing you've got small creepy-crawlies in front of your camera?
I get quite a few false-alarms from flies and spiders.
Only solution I can think of is to place some creepy-crawly repellant (moth-repellant might do) near the camera and hope.

Yes. that looks exactly like my problem
I'm having probs with those little invaders for years. I've tried lots of things including chemical weapons. Nothing helps. The only solution I have is to use a besom or so and start a little hunt for them.
