Locked image

When I go to view my main monitor the image stream is "stuck" on an old jpg. I believe I shut down ZM (through the web app) while it was in an alarmed state, and somehow when I view the monitor stream on "low" bandwidth I get the same image. If I change the size of the stream or change to medium or high bandwidth I get a regular "unstuck" stream. Any ideas on how to fix this? It would appear I somehow need to flush the low bandwidth 1X (Actual) size stream buffer.
Thanks in advance.
Oh, I'm running 1.19.5 on Fedora Core 2 on a 433 celeron and my monitor source is a DCS-900. I'm running on 24 bit color at 320X240 with 2fps idle and unlimited during alarmed.
Here is my apache error_log
