Watch Window Stream

Hello,
I am using zm 1.19.5. in Mandrake 9.1.
ffmpeg 0.4.9-Pre1.
lame 3.96.1
Everything works ok except streaming.
Browsing with IE6 on XP Pro SP2:
With 'Stills' selected in watch window - everything ok.
With 'stream' selected in watch window -
I get a black screen in the Watch window until I right-click, then hit play/pause. Then it plays the stream for a while then stops. If I then select 'Stills' and then 'Stream' , it will play another stream.
Browsing with Netscape on localhost (Mandrake 9.1)
With 'Stills' selected in watch window - everything ok.
With 'Stream' selected in watch window, netscape prompts me to install plugger, which is already installed.
