Mozilla Montage problem (NOT MORE FROM THE SAME)

hi everybody.
I have some problems to get montage work well in 9 monitors in firefox 1.0PR.
all 9 monitors are capturing at 3 fps. when i show montage of only 6 monitors, all goes ok and i can see all the monitors really at 3 fps, very good.
but when i turn on the others 3 monitors, all the thing break, it became VERY SLOW, freezes from times to times and the viewing is aways UNDER 1 fps.
i know and all we have made very searches about working of mozilla and firefox.
i have turned the max_persistent_connections to a higher value so i CAN view all the images. the only real problem is dealing more than 6 monitors in montage. When working with 6 monitors enabled, the montage doesnt use even 15 % of processor but when put 9 monitors, processor usage goes to 99 %. I think this is really strange, i dont know if its because im at 3 fps, but shouldnt be. maybe a firefox issue or even a zoneminder issue.
Does anybody have ever seen this or have any idea of what where and why ?
OBS : Im NOT USING CAMBOZOLA, but the native firefox's jpeg streaming, that works VERY WELL for 6 monitors.
Thank you all, in advance.
