I got a video4linux bttv patch from someone which made the above card work on 2.6.9 and 2.6.10. I think a little bit hack can make it work for other kernel.

I used the 2.6.10 kernel from kernel.org. It can capture 4 port on real time under xawtv and zm. The author mentioned it can work with 16 channel in polling mode but I didn't try.

It can be brought in Hong Kong/China for US$80.

thanks for the info! I've had this card laying around for many months now. I had intended to patch the driver myself to support it but hadn't had any time to tackle it.
