I searched but didn't see anything at all on this card here. Has anyone successfully used a PVR-250 for zoneminder? And if so, what settings did you use?

Looking through the kernel code I see 0x45000070, BTTV_HAUPPAUGEPVR, "Hauppauge WinTV/PVR" listed. Although it does not say 250.
If you already have the card installed in a linux machine run scanpci -v and list the info for the card here. I'll see if the card and device are in the drivers.
Cheers,
Cordel

It's not the BTTV version, or at least I dont think, this one has a hardware MPEG2 encoder and uses IVTV. I use it with MythTV.

I don't see anything for that chip set. You could try putting this in modprobe.conf
options bttv card=80 tuner=2
worst case it just will not work.
It looks like there might be some driver support provided by anouther project
http://ivtv.sourceforge.net/
This looks promising but since I don't have a card to work with at the moment I would be unable to provide you any further assistance since I have never used ivtv drivers.
Also note that you would have to modifiy zm code to use this driver.
Probably easier to buy a capture board from ebay for $20-$30 or the beloved ituner spectra card.

I actually have it working with MythTV and ivtv. I was just playing with ZM to see if I liked it (I'm from the RH9 w/ myth post). I ended up fishing out an old TVPhone card and using that.
