AvermediaTV Studio (tvcapture card how may fps?)

Hello

I read in this forum that cheap dvr cards have problems whit fps (2,5fps)

How may fps with tv capture avemedia (it cost 35$), for 3 cameras is better buy 3 avermedias, the problem is complete 3 pcis ranures but it´s no problem.

I testing with tvcard avermedia (btb878) 30$ and it works fine with 25 fps.

If I buy another tvcard avermedia I have two canesl with 25fps?
