They seem to trigger a capture event. Is there a way to configure this? Also, I've noticed that one camera is fairly sensitive to motion yet another one has to have people fairly near and moving quick to trigger. Any ideas?

The best ways to approach this are to either (a) have maximum pixel thresholds that prevent wholesale lighting changes triggering or (b) have a preclusive zone in an area that is affected by lighting changes but which is unlikely to be solely triggered by motion. You can look at the stats for the triggered frames to see if there is a pattern you can exploit.
