Upgrade Howto?

Hi,

is there an upgrade howto available? I am at 1.19.4 and want to upgrade to the most recent version. The README doc is not at all clear on the upgrade process.

I don't know if I need to run all the 'configure' bits before using 'zmupdate.pl' or not, and I don't know if I need to have ZM stopped or not. Additionally, the example shows updating from 1.19.4 to a newer version, but the 1.19.4 zmupdate.pl is doesn't support the upgrade option and the newer versions have not been configured with appropriate constants...

Please point me to a doc or give me some concise steps to go through.
