Ok ZM 1.21
1) Cambozola .65 display some kind of "exception http:..." on the live streaming view. Cambozola .25 displays some kind of "...( denied ?)" error message
2) Video generation does not work in 640x480, it says ffmpeg cannot encode at 15/1 (I assume it's FPS). But I never specified 15fps, I'd rather have 29.97 or something close to 30fps. 320x240 works just dandy
3) I can't view the "still" image when viewing live monitoring.
What does work: Motion dection, and forced alarams will record, and I can view the events in "Still" frames, and video generation at 320x480 only..... cambozola doesn't work of course...
Here are my specs
apache running as nobody/nobody
zm installed on my local /home/.../public_html directory permissions all 755 but owned by me (not nobody)
any ideas? I'vebeen on it for 3 days.. my hair looks like its been thru a tornado, and my co-workers think i'm a drug addict.
so many problems: cambozo broke, no video generation, no sti

1) Can you post a screen shot of your Cambozola error? Have you tried using native streaming in FireFox or Mozilla instead?
2) Can you check zmvideo.log and see what the command line used by ffmpeg was and what the precise error was?
3) What happens?
You may possibly have an issue if your web user can't create files and directories in the web root. It might be simpler initially to have it all owned by your web user/group and then try changing it back once it's all working.

ok I foudn the error, i had my cgi-bin pointed somewhere else that fixes the problem with not being able to view the "still" image view, however cambozola shows no part content
one more thing: why is it that I can only capture 640x480 at grey scale? setting in rgb24 or any none grey mode will cause the video to turn red.
Thanks
