Capture Wierdness - color & bw cameras on same capture c

I've got an X-Guard 4 channel capture card, and I have both color and black and white cameras. I'm noticing something very strange and I'm not sure if it's due to the capture card or the zoneminder software...

So I've got two cameras setup so far. One is BW and one is Color. If I set the color camera for RGB24, then it works, but I get this weird interlace issue with the BW camera where you can't really see anything. If I set the color for Grey, then it alternates about 10 seconds of a color output then about 6 seconds of a 3x3 grid (9 images) of the display reduced in size and in grey.

If the BW camera is set to anything but Grey, then both inputs stop working.

Any thoughts?

I use this card. It cannot handle different pallettes on two inputs. Set both to RGB24, and then restart ZoneMinder.
