all logs are clean

1)
when i choose monitor function it turns orange
when i want to see streaming it is only blank image
when i copy url http://192.168.1.100/cgi-bin/zms?mode=s ... &scale=100 to IE or any other
browser all i see is A LOT of ascii code.......
all paths are correct

xawtv works really good

2)if i run

ps aux|grep "zm*"

should i see a zms script running?

what else should i do or check?? plz help me.......

Are you saying you see all that output on the screen of your browser? If so then I suspect your web server is serving you the binary rather than executing it. You should check that your httpd.conf is set up to allow cgi and that you have installed zms into the cgi directory.
