Toshiba IK-WB011A Netcam

I am having a problem configuring the "source". The URL string that works to access the camera in a simple browser is as follows (no login required)

http://192.168.123.80:8080/__live.jpg?&&&

This netcam is configured to port 8080 - others would be different ports. I have tried various settings, combinations of removing the root:password@192.168.123.80 and removing the port setting from the box, as well as just putting in the above URL.

under the monitor tab set the Source type to remote.
Under the source tab:
Remote host name: 192.168.123.80
Remote host port: 8080
Remote host path: /__live.jpg?&&&

When you bring it up in a browser check the propertys for the picture and make sure the size matchs what is set in zm.
