Hi I don't see cambozola in IE.

I downloaded and placed cambozola.jar in the /var/www/html/zm directory.

options setting all done: auto, installed, path=combozola.jar

but IE still shows a blank for display. any other thing to check?

just wondering, why should streaming working for FireFox and Netscape, but not IE. aren't you using javascript to do the refresh in the other two cases?

Same problems here.
Setting ZM_CAN_STREAM -> no , IE will use cambozola
Setting ZM_CAN_STREAM -> auto, yes , IE will not use cambozola

FireFox and Mozilla support streaming multi-part jpegs natively whereas IE doesn't, which is why it needs a helper application. JavaScript is only used in the stills view.

Which versions of IE are you using that don't select Cambozola when streaming is set to auto? It works ok for me here so I'm wondering what might be different.

Hi.

Well - it didn't work for me as well when I set it to "auto" (XP SP2), so I just forced it with "no".

I am using IE6 onWindows 2000.

even when I set to no, still no applet loaded. so something else is wrong.

what about the priv setting. I have rw-r-r for cambozola.jar in the same directory as all the *.php files.

You can perform a very simple test, running the Cambozola directly on your PC. Just run it like this - java -jar dist/cambozola.jar http://ip:port, where ip/port are these of camera, and see whether it works.

also you can go into your control panel on windows and theres a java icon in there and you can set whether to use java or virtual machine for windows.
