Try setting your card type to 77 in modprobe.conf
options bttv card=77
That should get ya going.
If you search the forum you find quiet a bit.

Hi Guys,

i got the same problem with this card using the newest LiveCD and card=77!

just a black screen!, i tried the card/cam on a windows box to make sure they work...

i really would like to get this working...anyone out there with some tipps ?

i'm willing to paypal some cash for help if this gets me going...

i still have 2 of thoise cards and didn't get them to work yet !

check with card=102 or card=133 (are for kmc cards but these cars so have conetxant chipset)
