Have this card in my junk box from a old project. Anybody get one to work?

I haven't seen that paticular card before.
The only thing I can think of is to try to insmod the settings for another bt848 card and see if you might get one to work.

Or you you are comfortable looking through C code you might loo through I think is /drivers/media/video/bt8xx/bttv-cards.c and check to see what of the 848 devices support 16 inputs and try them.

If that don't work then list what you get from lspci -v and lspci -vn along with a list of the chips you can see on the board.
