Hi,

Has anyone installed Zm 1.21.0 onto a Ubuntu 'server' installation? I can't seem to get everything in the right place, can't find libcrypto and libpcre, and I get compile errors with libavformat and libavcodec

(e.g. /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i486-linux/3.3.5/../../../libavformat.a(ogg.o)(.text+0x44): In function `ogg_write_header':
: undefined reference to `ogg_stream_init' )

It took a while to track down other libraries. The server install does not include any GUI stuff so I wonder if I need to start from scratch with a full Ubuntu installation?

I am running zoneminder 1.21.3 on Ubuntu Hoary server install. After a couple of initial problems, the system is running sweet!

To remove those errors remove the libavformat-dev and libavcodec-dev packages.
